These Terms and Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and pakpkr. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the pakpkr platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on pakpkr. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended and all funds returned where verifiable.
Each individual may hold only one active pakpkr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds and bonuses.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be processed.
All transactions on pakpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pakpkr will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your account.
Collusion, fraud, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination and withholding of funds.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between pakpkr ("Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the pakpkr platform at pakpkr.org (the "Platform").
pakpkr operates as an online casino and sports betting platform providing services to players in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, jackpot slots, and related gaming entertainment, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the Platform from time to time, collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and pakpkr. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence in respect of the relevant promotion only.
pakpkr reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is prohibited. pakpkr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age of the registered holder cannot be satisfactorily verified.
3.2 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, pakpkr reserves the right to close all but the original Account, void any associated bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.
3.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to promptly update this information should any of it change. pakpkr will not be responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
3.4 Identity Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time at its discretion, pakpkr may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account closure.
3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Registration and use of the Platform is not permitted from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. pakpkr makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any specific jurisdiction outside those it expressly serves.
Age Verification Notice: pakpkr employs automated and manual age verification checks. Accounts where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source. Any winnings generated will be forfeited.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify pakpkr immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. pakpkr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
4.2 Account Activity. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. pakpkr reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rs. 500 per month to dormant Accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. The balance of a dormant Account will not fall below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
4.3 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
4.4 Account Suspension by pakpkr. pakpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where: (a) fraudulent or deceptive activity is suspected; (b) the Player has violated any provision of these Terms; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the Player; (d) the Account is subject to a regulatory or law enforcement enquiry; or (e) continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pakpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank. pakpkr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant financial institution. Minimum deposit amount: Rs. 500. Maximum single deposit: Rs. 500,000.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs. 1,000. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless pakpkr specifically approves an alternative method in writing. pakpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pakpkr does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversions.
5.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts or cards not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be confiscated and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal Tip: To avoid delays, ensure your Account KYC verification is completed before submitting your first withdrawal request. Players who complete identity verification in advance typically receive withdrawals within 4–8 hours of request submission during business hours.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pakpkr are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period, after which any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
6.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on the Platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the following contribution rates apply: slots — 100%; table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) — 10%; live dealer games — 5%; sports pre-match bets — 100% at odds of 1.50 or greater; in-play bets — 50%.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. pakpkr reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close the relevant Account, where it determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or attempted to manipulate any bonus offer. This includes, but is not limited to, wagering on low-risk outcomes to clear requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional terms.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any time, unless otherwise stated. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus and its associated wagering progress.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to acceptance by pakpkr. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform displays an explicit confirmation and the relevant amount has been deducted from your Account balance. pakpkr reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
7.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error on any casino game or sports market, pakpkr reserves the right to void the affected bets. Where a sports odds error is identified before an event commences, bets may be voided or re-priced at the correct odds. Winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous price will not be honoured.
7.3 Casino Game Rules. The rules applicable to each casino game are displayed within the game interface. The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). pakpkr's records of game outcomes shall be definitive and binding in any dispute.
7.4 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets are governed by pakpkr's sportsbook rules, which are published on the Platform. In the event of fixture cancellations, postponements, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with published event-specific settlement rules. Where no specific rule applies, bets on cancelled or abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned.
7.5 PSL & Cricket Markets. Given the primacy of cricket on the pakpkr platform, specific settlement rules apply to PSL, Test, T20I, and ODI markets. Match result markets settle on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. In-play markets are settled on real-time data feeds; any discrepancy between feed data and official records will be resolved in favour of official records.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakpkr Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Commitment. pakpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a full suite of player protection tools accessible directly from the Account settings section of the Platform.
9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and without restriction:
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During any self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and the Player will not be permitted to create a new Account. Re-activation of a self-excluded Account is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and review by pakpkr's responsible gaming team.
9.4 Underage Gambling Prevention. pakpkr employs automated age verification technology at the point of registration and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. 10.1 Ownership. All content on the pakpkr Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game mechanics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pakpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Licence to Use. pakpkr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pakpkr.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by any means. Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted under clause 10.2 immediately and without notice.
11.1 Platform Availability. pakpkr makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and operational at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond pakpkr's control, including force majeure events.
11.2 Exclusion of Warranties. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakpkr excludes all implied warranties, representations, and conditions, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.3 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, pakpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Consequential Loss. In no event shall pakpkr be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pakpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.5 Internet Risks. pakpkr shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or corruption of data arising from the use of the internet as a transmission medium, including delays, failures, or interceptions. You accept the inherent security risks of providing information over the internet.
12.1 Data Collection. pakpkr collects and processes personal data in connection with your registration, Account operation, and use of the Platform. The categories of data collected and the purposes for which it is processed are described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
12.2 Data Use. Your personal data will be used by pakpkr for the purposes of Account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have given explicit consent, direct marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
12.3 Consent to Processing. By registering an Account on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in Account settings or by contacting our support team.
12.4 Data Retention. pakpkr retains your personal data for as long as your Account is active and for a minimum period of 5 years following Account closure, as required for legal, regulatory, and financial record-keeping purposes.
13.1 Right to Amend. pakpkr reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pakpkr will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by email to the address registered on your Account before the changes take effect.
13.2 Notification of Changes. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates to contact information) may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on the Platform.
13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.3.
13.4 Archived Versions. Previous versions of these Terms are available upon written request to our support team. Please contact [email protected] to request a copy of any prior version.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to pakpkr's operating jurisdiction.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact pakpkr's customer support team at [email protected] in order to seek an informal resolution. pakpkr will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. Details of applicable dispute resolution services are available upon request from our support team.
14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pakpkr with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
